Man Randomly Punched in the Face, Police Say

Police arrested two men who randomly attacked a man in Penn Wynne.

A man was walking his dog near Twin Oaks Drive and Rock Glen Drive in Penn Wynne on Oct. 29, when he was attacked seemingly at random, police said.

The man was walking his dog when he noticed a man running towards him from one direction, police said.  The man then noticed another man walking towards him from the opposite direction.

The victim was then "punched in the mouth" by the man who was walking, police said.

No words were exchange before or after, and the victim fell to the ground.

The man who had been running pulled the attacker off the victim, and the two ran away from the scene, police said.

Nothing was taken from the victim, police said.

Police later arrested the two men they believed were responsible for the attack.
