Man Gets Jail Time for Posting Nude Pics of Lower Merion Woman Online
The pair had been in an "on again, off again" relationship that was, at the time, off.
Hell, apparently, hath no fury like a man spurned either.
A Jim Thorpe, PA man was sentenced to jail time last week after he pleaded guilty to posting nude pictures of a Lower Merion woman to a pair of pornographic websites, the Main Line Media News is reporting.
According to the publication, the victim ended a six year relationship with John A. Kane, 36, sometime before May of 2011, and the Carbon County man responded by tarnishing her reputation.
Kane, according to authorities, posed as his victim in an internet chat room and, sometime before December of 2011, posed nude pictures of the woman on two pornographic websites. (According to court documents, during the course of their relationship, the victim allowed Kane to snap nude pictures of her using his cellphone, but never consented to have them posted online.)
