Dead Man Found in Lower Merion Woods
Lower Merion police have not identified the person.
A body was found Tuesday afternoon in the woods behind the Thomas Wynne Apartments in Wynnewood, township authorities said Wednesday.
Police issued this statement:
On Tuesday, September 3rd at approximately 4:15 p.m., a bicycle officer discovered the body of a male in the woods behind the Thomas Wynne Apartments. Due to the condition of the body, the identification of the male cannot be verified at this time. Foul play is not suspected.
The body was taken by the Montgomery County Coroner for further investigation.
