Adrian, who specializes in Mediterranean cuisine, wants to be “your cooking companion.” She wants to give you the tools to make cooking easier and more fun, allow readers to follow her projects, ask questions, request recipes and add comments. “Life should be 70-80% musical comedy and 20-30% soap opera,” she believes. A former caterer and an avid gardener, Adrian teaches cooking classes in everything from Hot & Sour Soup to Frozen Hazelnut Soufflé, and conducts courses on Mediterranean cooking and entertaining at Main Line School Night.

In her down time she gardens, knits and does yoga. Adrian is also a wife and mother of two—Marc, 28, a paramedic and Samantha, 26, who runs AlchySeltzer - effervescent edibles
