92-Year-Old Woman Recognized For Longtime Service
Dorothy 'Dot' Foster was recognized for her dedication in volunteer service at New Horizons.
New Horizons recently recognized a long-time volunteer, Dorothy "Dot" Foster. Foster has lived in Ardmore her entire life and is a 30-year member of New Horizons. New Horizons shared the following of Foster's role to the community: "Dot is a special, gracious and dedicated person and served New Horizons as our volunteer line-dance instructor for over 20 years. Now entering her 92nd year, she still attends the center regularly, and participates as emcee for holiday luncheons—always offering words of wisdom to our guests before we share a meal.
