Fruitti Yummi: A Look Inside

What's The Most Popular Flavor at Fruitti Yummi?

Fruitti Yummi just recently opened on March 30 in Suburban Square but there are already popular favorites among the frozen yogurt flavor menu. According to Jim Chan, Fruitti Yummi store manager, so far, the three most popular flavors have been chocolate, strawberry, and cookies & cream. Fruitti Yummi Now Open in Suburban Square

The new frozen yogurt shop in Ardmore opened last weekend.

Fruitti Yummi opened its doors to the public on Saturday, March 30, after a few months of renovations from its former tenant, Cold Stone Creamery. Cold Stone Creamery closed its doors to the public in December of last year. Fruitti Yummi, located at 10 Coulter Avenue in the Suburban Square shopping area, may be the newest hangout spot for shoppers and late-night diners. The shop has set its store hours and closes at 10 p.m. weekdays, 11 p.m. weekend nights. According store manager Jim Chan, Ardmore's Fruitti Yummi is a family-owned chain and currently has one other shop in Queens, New York. Frozen Yogurt 'Coming Soon' To Former Cold Stone Spot

Cold Stone Creamery left Suburban Square on Dec. 24, according to a Suburban Square representative.

Cold Stone Creamery has vacated its Suburban Square location, and another frozen treat shop looks ready to take its place. Signage indicates that Fruitti Yummi, a frozen yogurt shop, is 'coming soon' to the Coulter Avenue space. Cold Stone Creamery's last day in Suburban Square was Dec. 24, according to Suburban Square general manager Mark Bachus. Kimco Realty's leasing agent was not immediately available to offer more details on the new tenant, but there is at least one other Fruitti Yummi location, in Ridgewood, NY. An employee at the Ridgewood location said the store is independently owned, and not connected to the new Ardmore location. Currently, there is no standalone frozen yogurt shop in Ardmore.
