A look at the 'Most Challenged' library books of the past year.
The 21st Century is doubtless an unprecedentedly difficult time to be a parent, what with all the unique threats and value-eroding temptations today’s children face: the Internet, designer drugs, books. Fortunately, at least one of these threats is being confronted. The American Library Association (ALA) released its annual list of the most frequently challenged library books of the year on Monday, seven of which are presently carried by Ardmore Library.
