Not a friendly place at all, I had two experiences here and both were bad! On my very first visit ever to this place I was 5 mins late. I had never been there before and had missed the turn. When I walked in to check in for my appointment, I was scolded for being late, not welcomed and made to feel comfortable like a new patient should. Now I can understand the importance of punctuality if your office is full of patients waiting to see a doctor. However, in my case, there was one other patient there, so in other words they were not swamped. On top of all that, the doctor told me there was nothing she could do for the painful strange growth on the side of my nose except zap it with a lazer which insurance would not cover!

I had made a follow up appointment with them only to arrive and have them tell me I came an hour late for it. I told them that 10:50 is what I had written down in my planner, and I wouldn't have made a 9:50 appointment due to a separate engagement. They claimed to have called to confirm the appointment, however when she showed me the number they used, it was not my number! Furthermore, they had my correct cell number right below that number and never bothered to try it!!!!!

Don't waste your time with this place!!!
