We have had two children go through the Cambridge School. Both started when they were babies and our last daughter just finished Cambridge last spring. Both of our children loved everything about the school. I am a teacher and I found the teachers extremely caring and the administration/Head of School, very responsive and always available with information and insight. The Cambridge program is wonderful. The children test extremely well when they leave Cambridge and go on to public and private school and the attention paid to parents and their concerns is very impressive. I can't think of a better place to spend money on eduation than the early education experience at the Cambridge school.

My children are safe, learning and doing different activities but I find this school lacking in several aspects. The management of the school and the communication with the parents leave much to be desired. I get the impression that the management is offsite and does not make frequent visits or does not get involved in the day to day activities including parent suggestions. Some of the teachers here are great and caring while others seem to be just performing the minimum requirements day to day. Bottom line: For the amount they charge at this institution, they should be doing more.

I cannot say enough good things about the Cambridge School. I started both my sons somewhere else when they were each three months old (because I work full-time). They received adequate care at other place, but I felt the program was lacking in a few regards - mostly academically - so I asked around for recommendations and kept hearing raves about "the Cambridge School." My oldest is now in elementary school (I credit Cambridge with the ease of his transition to school) and his brother is still at Cambridge. In the morning, the younger teases the older that he still "gets to go to Cambridge." My boys have loved their teachers and have thrived in the creative, fun and expressive environment. Academically, I have been really impressed by what my boys bring home and the stories they share with me at the end of the day. I feel great about the experience they are having there.
