In 1999, Thai Pepper and Mikado joined forces to offer the Ardmore community a one-of-a-kind Asian fusion experience. Executive Chef Takao Iinuma is one of the world's greatest Japanese chefs, having competed in Japan's Iron Chef competition more than 70 times. In the unique space on Lancaster Avenue, patrons can enjoy a sampling of both Japanese and Thai flavors from the same menu. The interior of the restaurant is quiet and beautifully decorated, offering a unique dining experience whether at the sushi bar or a table for the whole family. Large groups can be accommodated with advanced reservations. Reservations are suggested during peak dinner hours and weekends.
