The Lower Merion Municipal Building houses many of the township government's departments and facilities. The building has three entrances on each side of the building, which faces Lancaster Avenue.

The first floor houses the parks and recreation, building and planning and public works offices. On the second floor are the finance, human resources, public information, township manager and township secretary offices, as well as conference, board and caucus rooms for meetings. The top floor houses the fire, information services and library system officers.
