These are terrific surgeons. Dr. Penne was my eye surgeon and I thought he was wonderful. I subtract two stars because the receptionists are awful at the Lankenau location. These receptionists are incompetent and charged me the wrong co-pay, hounded me for a referral I didn't need and failed to get me help when my doctor was out of the office. This office needs to hire college-educated individuals for its front desk, instead of old ladies with no troubleshooting skills. If you are interested in visiting this practice, skip the Lankenau location and visit them down at Wills Eye, where the front desk staff is efficient.
