Terrible experience. Rude, arrogant employees. They're courteous and helpful up until they get your money; at that point, all bets are off. Not to mention, my table was NEVER delivered! I kid you not! I understand if there was a hold-up or delay, but at least let me know! No phone call, no communication whatsoever. Finally, after a month or so, I had to beg for a refund, and they acted like they were doing me a favor! I'm sorry, I almost always give the benefit of a doubt when rating a business, especially one that's new to town...but the lack of respect for the customer is what really pushed me over the line. I don't even care so much about the product.
