Looking for a local run this May?
The Alex Wake Memorial 5K Run and 1-Mile Walk will be held at on Saturday, May 5. The annual race, which works to raise awareness about domestic violence, also funds a scholarship in Alex's name.
Or on Sunday, you can run the Cynwyd 5K, the first of what will hopefully become an annual scenic run along the Cynwyd Heritage Trail.
There are also a number of races happening across the region this month, including 5Ks for dogs, races for moms and daughters, and a half-marathon for the "odd" among us.
