Fran Dunphy Speaks at 'Maroon Madness'
The Temple coach congratulated Aces nation on its fundraising efforts.
Fran Dunphy, the mustachioed head basketball coach of the Temple Owls, was the special guest Friday night at Maroon Madness, the annual tip-off party and pep rally at Lower Merion High School for the school's hoops squads.
Standing at mid-court in the Kobe Bryant Gym, Dunphy congratulated Aces nation on its fundraising efforts on behalf of Coaches vs. Cancer, a collaboration of the American Cancer Society and the National Association of Basketball coaches.
