This yoga class is designed to work the Yin (passive) and the Yang (active) energy in the body. Only by activating both energies, the body and mind will be in harmony and balance. Through the mindful concentration on the breath, in particular in Yin Yoga postures, the mind will learn to relax. On the more physical side, both Yoga styles are excellent to gain flexibility.
