Run For Our Schools 5K

The Education Foundation of Lower Merion will hold its third annual 5K “Run for Our School” on Sunday, June 12, 2011 at 9:00am.  As last year, the Run will begin and end on the campus of Harriton High School, 600 N. Ithan Avenue in Rosemont. 

Run for Our Schools features a 5K run, a 1.5 mile Fun Walk, and a Track Trot around the Harriton track for youngsters.  Proceeds from the event support the Education Foundation of Lower Merion, a charitable foundation that raises funds to support educational excellence for the students of the Lower Merion public schools.

Preregistration for the run costs $20 for individuals and $50 for families.  The first 100 registrants will receive a free Dri-Fit t-shirt.   Runners can register on line at the EFLM web site, www.educationfoundationoflm.org.
