Hula Hooping is fun, great exercise and easier than you may think with the right hoop! Last spring's Hula Hoop Jams were big hits, with lots of kids and adults enjoying themselves and the park. It is a free event, open to everyone interested.
Hoops and demonstrations will be provided by Leah of LoopDiHoops, winner of Best of the Main Line Family Workout. Bring water and wear comfy, natural fiber clothing.
