Aces' McFadden Commits to Play Hoops at Binghamton

The 6-foot, 5-inch combo guard should be one of the defending state champs' leading players this season.

Add Justin McFadden to the growing legion of Aces who have fielded offers to take their talents to the collegiate level.

According to multiple outlets, including the Main Line Media News, the 6-foot, 5-inch guard has orally committed to attend Binghamton University in the fall of 2014.

McFadden, who averaged six points per game for the state champion Aces, is an outstanding defensive player with a well-honed three-point stroke, according to Lower Merion head coach Gregg Downer.

“He’s a great defensive player,” Downer told the MLMN. “He does all the dirty work. He takes charges. He’s a hard-nosed player, and one of the five toughest I’ve ever coached as far as just sheer toughness."
