Family Night for Astronomers of All Ages
Public Observing at Strawbridge Observatory @ Haverford College
The observatory will be open for public observing during the Fall 2011 semester on the following nights:
- October 3, 8-10pm : Public Observing Family Night for Astronomers of All Ages - Event Details
- October 17, 8-10pm : Public Observing Ages 12+
- October 31 7-9pm: Family Night -- SPECIAL HALLOWEEN EDITION
- November 14 7-9pm: Public Observing Ages 12+
- November 28 7-9pm: Family night
A short, student presentation about a current astronomical topic will be given independent of weather. Observing will only take place if skies are clear.
