Tuesday is the Deadline to Register for the PA November Election

It's too late to register by mail, but there is still time to register.

Tuesday is the deadline for registering to vote in Pennsylvania's Nov. 8 election.

In  there are races for the Township Board of Commissioners and the Lower Merion Board of School Directors. There are also county-wide elections for County Commissioners, judges, Clerk of Courts, Prothonotary, Controller, Coroner, District Attorney, Recorder of Deeds, Register of Wills, Sheriff and Treasurer.

The Pennsylvania Department of State "votesPA" website is a good "one stop shop" for finding the answer to virtually any question you may have about voting in the November election.

Click here for an easy step by step guide for registering. It also has information for registering or via mail but there is no time left to register by mail for the November 2011 election. The site also has downloadable forms you can use to register by mail for the 2012 primary and general elections.
