Lower Merion's new township manager was sworn in Wednesday night.
Ernie B. McNeely starts on Monday, May 19, the township said.
The township has been under the direction of Acting Township Manager Robert E. Duncan.
McNeely previously was the borough manager in West Chester. He attended Bethany College.
