Ludington Library Status Update: Feb. 27

'When will Ludington Library reopen? Soon, we hope, but not just yet,' reads a post on lmls.org.

is still slated for a reopening , with construction to be completed by the end of March, according to a status update posted on the Lower Merion Library System website.

Altchem, the plumbing contractor for the Ludington project, was , and the township is currently discussing options with a new contractor, the update states.

Some work, including lighting systems and ceiling tiles, remains on the first and second floors.

More specific details on the timeline will be posted when they become available, according to the upate.

Hi Walter -- As of last week, an official reopening date has not yet been set, but they are scheduled to open sometime late spring. I'll be sure to post an update when they announce the exact date.
