The Huffington Post's "Fundrace" website uses Federal Election Commission data to track local donations.

Ever wonder how much money your neighborhood has donated to political parties?

Fundrace, a Huffington Post website, uses Federal Election Commission and U.S. Census Bureau data to keep tabs on local donations, available for public review.

The site allows users to track the total dollar amount donated using an interactive map to isolate individual donations, or by searching on a city or zip code level for total donations over an area.

Not surprisingly, given the region's past voting records, the majority of donations made in 2010 have gone to the Democratic party in Ardmore, Wynnewood and Merion.

The overall donations are also significantly down ($104,197 was donated to Democratic candidates in 2008), although with a little under a month before the elections, there is time for the contribution totals to change significantly.
