Free Tire Recycling Collection on Sept. 25

The event is one of two free recycling and disposal opportunities in the county on the same day.

Saturday, Sept. 25 is a big day for free recycling and disposal opportunities in Montgomery County.

In addition to a free unused or expired pharmaceuticals drop off at a variety of locations on Sept. 25, Montgomery County will also hold a free Automotive Tire Collection Event on the same day at the Upper Dublin Township Municipal Building from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Up to four tires per vehicle will be accepted free of charge and tires with rims will be allowed. The event is open to Montgomery County residents only; no businesses or commercial institutions are permitted to participate.
