PUBLIC COMMENT

  • NO TURN ON RED REGULATION (Ward #5)

    Consider for recommendation to the Board of Commissioners that the Township Secretary be authorized to advertise a “Notice of Intention” to adopt an ordinance amending the Township Code by establishing a No Turn on Red regulation for southbound Llanfair Road at Montgomery Avenue, Ardmore. This restriction is needed, because there is insufficient sight distance at the intersection. PennDOT supports adding this regulation.
