Police: Villanova Student with Fake IDs Tries to Hit Cop at Kelly’s
Alexandra Balaci, 20, allegedly had two fake IDs on her.
During a routine check for underage drinkers by police shortly after midnight on Feb. 3 at , officers encountered a Villanova student who tried to make a run for it then resisted arrest and attempted to strike a patrolman as she was being handcuffed, Lower Merion Police said Monday.
