Police Charge Penn Wynne Woman With Crack Possession

Lower Merion Police responded to an incident of drug posession involving a Penn Wayne woman on March 20, according to a report made to news media on Monday.

According to reports, Kristina O'Keefe, 29, of the 200 block of Haverford Road in Penn Wynne was arrested at 3:05 a.m. March 20 and charged with possession of heroin and crack cocaine.

Police say that O'Keefe returned home about that time to encounter police officers, who interviewed her as a suspect in the theft of a phone, police said. She was not charged in that theft, but police said she dropped two crack rocks and was carrying a bag of powder heroin in her pocket.
