Yikes the Macy's is within 5 minute walk from my house and I go there time to time. The Wells Fargo employees in Suburban Square are the nicest people I deal with and I have to think Well Fargo on Lancaster Ave are, likewise, very nice. "Shackled" that must have been humiliating.
