Gladwyne Defendant Waives Hearing in Drug Case

Alan Kirsch's faces a host of charges related to a cocaine trafficking organization.

Gladwyne resident and Ardmore property owner Alan Kirsch and 25 of 26 co-defendants in an alleged cocaine ring waived their rights to preliminary hearings Wednesday in Montgomery County Court.

Kirsch, 53, faces charges of corrupt organization, possession of cocaine, criminal conspiracy, criminal use of telecommunications facilities and dealing in the proceeds of criminal activities.
