Remind your teens that sleep is important!
Did you know that the average teen needs 9 hours and 15 minutes of sleep a night? Every night? Now that school is back in full force, this is a good time to remind them of this. When they push back and say "How Can I Get That Much?", or "Nah, Doesn't Matter - What Happens if I Don't?" you can show them this:
