Coroner: 3-Year-Old's Drowning Death Was Accidental

The Bryn Mawr girl drowned Saturday at St. Albans Swim Club in Newtown Square.

The Saturday drowning death of a 3-year-old Bryn Mawr girl at a St. Albans Swim Club pool has been ruled accidental, officials said Tuesday.

Newtown Township police and ambulance  in Newtown Square at 4:49 p.m. Saturday, where someone was already administering CPR to the girl, Newtown Township Chief of Police Dennis Anderson said Saturday. She was pronounced dead at Bryn Mawr Hospital at 5:40 p.m. Saturday.
