There are 18 open houses scheduled for the weekend of Oct. 20-21 in Ardmore, Merion, Penn Wynne and Wynnewood, according to the listings on AOL Real Estate.

One of the area's most expensive houses that is showing this weekend is located on the 8th hole at Merion Golf Club at 140 Golfview Road in Ardmore and is listed for $870,000.

Homebuyers on a budget might want to check out 1463 Braddock Lane in Wynnewood, which is listed at $229,900.
