House Hunt: New On Market Open House

There are 11 open houses scheduled for the weekend of Sept. 29-30 in the Ardmore, Merion, Wynnewood and Haverford areas, according to the listings on AOL Real Estate.

The area's most expensive house that is showing this weekend is newly listed and located at 389 Penn Road in Wynnewood. The home is listed for $860,000.

Homebuyers on a budget might want to check out 2636 Chestnut Ave in Ardmore, which is listed at $199,900.
