There are 12 open houses scheduled for the weekend of Sept. 22-23 in the Ardmore, Merion, Wynnewood and Haverford areas, according to the listings on AOL Real Estate.

The area's most expensive open house is located at 119 Old Gulph Road in Wynnewood, and is listed for $1,999,000.

Homebuyers on a budget might want to check out 2510 Chestnut Ave in Ardmore, which is listed at $299,900.
