Wynnewood Basset Hound goes for best costume in The Board waddle in Ocean City, NJ

Penelope, a 7 month old Basset Hound, owned by The Delgado Family will be waddling her way through Ocean City, NJ. this week end in an effort to help raise money for the Tr-State Bassett Hound Rescue.  She will be one of over 1,000 hounds coming to this 3 day event, full of activities ranging from Bassett olympices to an array of contests to the Board Waddle Parade in full costume !  Dont miss this family fun event.
