Holiday Reprieve: A Day For You

The event will feature special presentations, facials and massage! Spend the day at Macy’s to enjoy:

  • 1:00-6:00PM Chair Massages by Diane Sagula
  • 1:00-2:00PM Presentation on healthy eating during the holidays by Judy Matusky, RD, Main Line Health dietitian
  • 3:00-7:00PM Test your skin for signs of sun damage using the Main Line Health SkinScope machine, led by a MLH health educator
  • 4:30-5:30PM Presentation on keeping your stress in check by Shelley Hickey, RN, Main Line Health cardiac nurse
