Notices Recycle Your Old Cell Phones With Secure The Call
Please bring your old cell phones to be recycled and keep them from ending up in a land fill. Secure The Call is an all volunteer, non-profit organization that takes your donated phone and redistributes free used cell phones to the community for the purpose of calling 911 in the case of an emergency. The organization carefully wipes out all of your personal information on your cell phone, then reprograms it so that the phone to call 911-only, and tests them to make sure they work before shipping them out. The phones are distributed to partner organizations such as women's shelters, senior citizen centers, sheriff and police departments and school systems.
