Summer Series: Yoga for Women Only!

Thursday, July 10, 17, 31 & August 7, 10 - 11:15 am, Price: all 4 class $ 60, Drop-ins: $ 18

This class is a series of 4 sessions for women only. The summer heat is the perfect time to slow down a bit to not drain your energy reserve (ojas). In this class we will explore the more passive (yin), the active (yang in a very moderate way/ slow flow) and restorative energies in yoga poses. Beginners and intermediate level. Pre-sign up required.
