Prenatal Yoga in Haverford

This class is designed to give women in any stage of pregnancy an

opportunity to connect with your baby, build strength and endurance for

birthing, relax and enjoy time for yourself, and a create community focused on
learning and supporting pregnant women in a safe and nurturing environment.

1. Understand the benefits of three of the eight

limbs of yoga for pregnant women: Pranayama (breath work), Asana (Physical
Postures), and Mindfulness and Meditation.
