The Penn Wynne Civic Association in collaboration with the Penn Wynne Library and the Penn Wynne Overbrook Hills Fire Company is sponsoring a New Years at Noon celebration on Tuesday, December 31st starting at 11am at the Penn Wynne Library. Spark Park will lead an activity on the science of fireworks, followed by a 2014 ball drop and toast. There will be plenty of prizes and surprises. Please join us!
