Kimberton Waldorf School is delighted to host a special All-Community Dinner with noted activist, author, and entrepreneur Judy Wicks. Judy is founder of Philadelphia's landmark White Dog Café, which she operated for 26 years, developing a national reputation for environmental stewardship, community engagement, and leadership in the local food movement.
Judy will be signing copies of her new book, Good Morning, Beautiful Business: the Unexpected Journey of an Activist, Entrepreneur, and Local Economy Pioneer. Join us for a wonderful night of thoughtful discussion, food and fellowship! Dinner will be provided by Food For Thought, Kimberton Waldorf School's community-supported lunch program that uses natural, organic, locally sourced ingredients.
The cost is $10 for adults and $7 for children. All are welcome - bring a friend! For more information, visit http://www.kimberton.org/calendar/2013/12/12
