Home Grown Lectures, Jane Pepper

On
Wednesday, Oct. 30, Jane Pepper, past president for many years of the
Pennsylvania Horticultural Society,
will speak about gardens she’s visited in
her native Scotland. Most people know Jane as the producer of our beloved
Philadelphia International Flower Show, for 25 years. She is currently a
trustee of Longwood Gardens and the Natural Lands Trust. Ms. Pepper will
describe her travels to magical and historic Scotland through the gardens of
that wildly beautiful country. Travel vicariously with an exceptional guide to
a special corner of the gardening world. Her presentation will run from 7:30 to
8:30. It will be followed by questions and comments from the audience. Light
refreshments will end the evening. Visit the Wayne Art Center website to
reserve a spot. www.wayneart.org
