Transformation of a defunct railroad right-of-way and a paved parking lot into valued community assets was accomplished under the leadership of Christopher Leswing, Lower Merion Township's Director of Building and Planning. Mr. Leswing will speak to the Narberth Area Garden Club on the creation of these projects, their role in the community and plans for the future.
