First Friday Main Line Cancelled

FFML executive director Sherry Tillman called it off due to the rain.

All First Friday Main Line outdoor events, including the eagerly anticipated "CARtastic Car Event" have been cancelled due to the rain, FFML executive director Sherry Tillman confirmed in an email Friday morning.

"Antique cars, classic cars, and sports cars will not come out in the rain." she said. "Period."

Last year's "CARtastic Car Event" was rained out as well, Tillman said. And though she scheduled a rain date for the following day, only three of the cars could make it.

Tillman said there's a chance she can push the car show to September, coupling it with the blues theme.
