Flashing Through the Flash Flooding

The region's latest torrential downpour happened today at about 2 p.m.

The region's latest torrential downpour happened today at about 2 p.m., shortly after the National Weather Service (NWS) issued a flood advisory for Delaware, Montgomery and Chester counties.

Flash flooding was observed at levels of up to a foot on some roadways, some of which can be seen in this video.

More thunderstorms and rain are expected for Monday night and early Tuesday morning before 1 a.m. The temperature might go down to 67 degrees overnight, the NWS forecast.
