Four Thefts Over $200 Recently Reported
A roundup of police calls in Ardmore, Merion and Wynnewood the week ending Jan. 27.
Lower Merion police responded to approximately 363 calls the week ending Jan. 27 throughout Ardmore, Merion Station, Wynnewood, Penn Wynne and Haverford, a very slight increase from 370 calls for service received the previous week.

From Jan. 21 to Jan. 27, the police calls (which do not necessarily indicate arrests were made or charges filed) included:

- Burglary, 500 block Moreno Rd, reported 5:59 p.m. on Jan. 25.
- Fraud, at 2:48 p.m. on Jan. 27 on the unit block of W Lancaster Ave. in Ardmore
- One report of public drunkenness
- Four thefts of over $200: two from cars, one from a building, and as well as one reported retail theft
