Wynnewood's Old Borders Space: What Should Move In?

Wynnewood Shopping Center's old Borders Bookstore space, , now houses . The furniture store, however, is on a month-to-month lease, according to Heidi Tirjan, Lower Merion retail coordinator.

Federal Realty Investment Trust, the owners of Wynnewood Shopping Center, came before Lower Merion Township's Zoning Hearing Board in July, . The hearing was continued, , at the request of Federal Realty.

Assuming the continuation of the hearing goes on as planned, representatives of Federal Realty and LA Fitness will appear before the Zoning Hearing Board on Monday, Aug. 20 at 7:15 p.m.
