Moms Eat Local: Khajuraho India

Find out how kid-friendly Khajuraho India in Ardmore is.

Moms know how tough it can be to eat out with little ones. Patch wants to help you know before you walk in the door if Khajuraho India is a good place to eat with your children.

Restaurant:

Is there a kids’ menu? No but the kids may enjoy the freshly baked breads, the vegetable pakoras or samosas and the chicken tikka masala.

Are there healthy options on the kids’ meal? The tandoori chicken, the breads and the vegetable curries are fairly healthy.

How does the restaurant deal with food allergies? Alert your server and they will be as accommodating as they can be.

Is the restaurant so quiet that any childish outburst will draw attention or is there enough noise that a small cry is likely to go unnoticed? I wouldn't classify this as the most kid-friendly establishment. Most kids I know do not like the heavily spiced nature of Indian food. If your kids are fans of Indian food, the fare is quite good and a small cry would likely go unnoticed as the music is fairly loud.
