Jules Thin Crust Sets Mid-April Opening

The original opening date was delayed, but the pizza shop has already put up its sign at the new Ardmore West Shopping Center location.

Jules Thin Crust Pizza, a pizza chain that uses organic, locally-sourced ingredients and gluten-free options, plans to open their Ardmore West Shopping Center location on April 15, said Taras Gavat, assistant manager at Jules Thin Crust in Wayne.

Jules had originally projected an April 2 opening date, but due to some renovation delays, the pizza shop will be opening a few weeks later, Gavat said.

Jules Thin Crust, which focuses on "stunningly fresh, organic and local" ingredients, offers about 30 different pizzas—all of which can be made with gluten-free pizza dough—along with salads and soups. View the full menu.
